Set in a grand old house in Cartagena’s historic center, Alquímico feels layered in the best way, with a different mood unfolding from floor to floor. What makes it stand out is its serious, inventive cocktail program, which draws deeply on Colombian ingredients and gives the drinks a strong sense of place without losing sight of balance or pleasure.
