Bar Leone is built around “cocktail popolari”, meaning cocktails for the people: fast, consistent, approachable, and obsessed with getting the classics exactly right. It opened in June 2023 and still managed to take the No. 1 spot on The World’s 50 Best Bars 2025, plus The Best Bar in Asia 2025, which says plenty about how dialled in the whole operation is. The mood is Rome by way of Central, with Trastevere references, football memorabilia, and an Italo disco soundtrack, but the real statement is the program: minimal garnish, familiar drinks, and tiny tweaks that make them cleaner, colder, and more precise. Even the signatures stay classic minded, like a freezer chilled Leone Martini built for speed and repeat orders.
