Carico

A polished but easygoing place for cocktails and a proper bite, this is the kind of bar that works just as well for an aperitivo as it does for a longer evening. Carico stands out for treating drinks and food with the same care, so it feels more complete than a bar with a few snacks on the side. The room has a modern, sociable energy, but the overall impression stays relaxed rather than showy. Come for well made classics or something more original, and stay if you want a bar that can carry the whole night without trying too hard.
