Experimental cocktails are the point, built from lots of trial and error and then presented with a clear concept behind the name. The bar treats each drink like a carefully crafted message, something you “send” to the guest once it is dialed in. That idea originally showed up as a literal message in a bottle theme, with cocktails stored and presented like bottled notes, more thought and flavor than fireworks. Expect a calm, design led room and drinks that stay original without getting weird for the sake of it.
