About
Gin whose flavor comes only from redistilling neutral spirit with natural botanicals, juniper first. EU rules allow nothing to be added afterwards except water, neutral spirit of the same quality and a trace of sugar (at most 0.1 g per liter), and no coloring. The name describes the method, not the place.
