Privately held American spirits company that traces its history to the Sazerac Coffee House in New Orleans and was bought in 1948 by the Magnolia Liquor Company of Malcolm Woldenberg and Stephen Goldring. Its principal office has been in Louisville, Kentucky, since 2009, and its brands include Buffalo Trace, Sazerac Rye, Peychaud's and Southern Comfort.
