About
Rum from the Philippine island of Negros, made from the molasses of cane grown on Mount Kanlaon and aged in American oak. It takes its name from Papa Isio, a rebel leader on Negros in the 1890s. Many shops still call it Don Papa 7, but the current label has no age statement.
