 17 and serves specialty coffee by day and cocktails by night\, with an ext
 ensive vinyl collection played through oversized\, refurbished 1970s JBL s
 peakers. OTO entered Asia's 50 Best Bars at #47 in 2019 and made the 51–
 100 list in 2021 and 2022.\n\nJerwin "Tata" Sumali (@tatasumali) runs the
