Tucked within Three Dots and a Dash, it centers on rum and rhum agricole, with refined drinks, rum flights, and a collection that goes deep enough to feel genuinely specialist. The smaller room changes the mood as well. Instead of full scale escapism, you get something more intimate and more spirit led, a place where the bartending is precise and the point is not decoration but depth.
