THE BAR IN FRONT OF THE BAR

A pavement cocktail bar on pedestrianised Petraki Street, built with zero indoor seating and a minimalist counter that keeps the energy out on the street. The big digital sign rotates cheeky messages, while the drinks stay surprisingly serious, built on classic structures, seasonal produce, and a low waste approach that changes constantly. It started as a pop up while the bar behind it was being built, and it ended up becoming the first chapter of a two part concept.
