Bar San Guest Shift at Al Salam

We met Bar.San Chiang Mai earlier this year. What stayed with us wasn’t one particular drink, but everything happening around it. The food, the photography, the design, the room, the people, the tiny details you might not notice at first. Spend some time there and you realise the drink is only one part of it. Everything feeds into everything else. And then there’s Mali. Head Bartender at Bar San, and the person we ended up spending a lot of our time with in Chiang Mai. Talking drinks, food, flavours and everything in between. Now she’s joining us for the next part. Somewhere along the way, the idea came up: we should do this again.
