Baba au Rum celebrates the Athens Bar Show with a Day of the Dead night: four of Mexico's finest bars, ARCA (Tulum), SELVA (Oaxaca), Licorería Limantour (Mexico City) and ARUBA (Tijuana), take over the bar, while chef Claudia Lara Cárdenas of Danzantes Oaxaca takes over the kitchen for a special dinner.
