Pharmarium

Pharmarium turns Stockholm history into cocktails, inspired by Sweden’s first public pharmacy that opened on Stortorget in 1575. Drinks lean aromatic and herbal, using spice and botanicals with a touch of alchemy, but they stay balanced and elegant. The menu is built for pairing, so you can match a few cocktails with well cooked small plates and make a whole evening of it. Set in Gamla Stan right by the Nobel Museum, it is an intimate room of around 45 seats that feels special without being stiff.
