Rhinoçéros in Prenzlauer Berg is a cocktail bar built around serious listening: jazz records played properly on a vintage hi fi system, with the room tuned for sound and conversation. Cocktails mix classics with modern seasonal signatures that often nod to Japanese ingredients and traditions, backed by Japanese whisky, wines by the glass, and a house Champagne.
