PREQUEL & CO. APOTHECARY

Behind the apothecary theme is a cocktail bar that takes drinks seriously without losing its sense of theater. The room feels polished and a little transportive, with a style that suits a slower evening and a more deliberate kind of night out. Cocktails are the clear reason to come, built around herbs, spices, bitters, and other botanical elements that give the menu a distinctive identity. There is also a strong food program, so it works well if you want more than a quick round. For a refined night on Queen West, it offers atmosphere, craft, and a point of view that feels fully formed.
